Questions about the use of the Research Hub
Q: I already subscribe to the BIS e-mail alert. Do I have to subscribe to the Research Hub e-mail alert separately?
A: Yes. The BIS e-mail alert and the Research Hub e-mail alert are two very similar services but notify their users about different information:
- The BIS e-mail alert notifies about new information published by the Bank for International Settlements on its own website
- The Research Hub e-mail alert sends notifications when new research information is published on any of the websites of the
participating central banks (in the series included in the Research Hub)
Q: I am having problems linking to a listed document. It tells me that the document cannot be found. Can you help?
A: Please contact the BIS. The contributing website might have been restructured, so we will
need to update the links on the Research hub accordingly.
Questions about providing documents to the Research Hub

Q: How can further research series from our central bank be added onto the Hub?
A: Please send a request via e-mail to webmaster@bis.org

Q: Can research series from institutions other than central banks be added onto the Hub?
A: No, the Research Hub is currently limited to series published by central banks
